I don’t know this for a fact, I just know that is true…. Family lore claims that my uncle auditioned for the role of Frankenstein and got the part. Everything is set, and he is told to come back in 60 days to begin filming. My uncle took a vacation before reporting to the set and after 60 days came back with Beardiful Beard. The director orders him to shave, my uncle makes a case for the monster to have a beard, an argument ensues and next thing you know my uncle tells the director to eat a bag of beards, walks off the set, and some dude named Boris gets cast in a pinch and takes over the role of Frankenstein.
